Energy FP&A Associate

Prologis is seeking a high-performing Associate to join the Energy Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to maintain and enhance the Global Energy Financial Model, drive forecasting accuracy, and deliver actionable financial insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, investment analysis, public accounting, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and key business drivers impact on the financials, providing a strong foundation for financial data interpretation and analysis.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including experience building and maintaining complex Excel-based models.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Self-motivated with a demonstrated track record of taking initiative and driving process improvements.
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
