Energy Project Manager

Prologis is seeking an Energy Project Manager to manage a large portfolio of Energy and Mobility developments from design through construction and handoff to Asset Management. The role requires 6+ years of experience leading and managing Pre-construction & Construction projects, preferably in the utility scale / front of the meter Energy Storage (BESS) / Gas Turbine power generation, Microgrid project arenas. The position offers a unique opportunity to help Prologis build and operate the largest portfolio of commercial energy assets in the United States.

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience leading and managing Pre-construction & Construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Planning or Engineering (Electrical, Civil or Structural)
• Experience managing EPCs, GC, VPPA, PPA and utility interconnection upgrade agreements with strict commissioning requirements
• Strong project scheduling and controls experience
• Experience supporting ITC and other renewable energy incentive compliance
• Working knowledge of renewable energy incentives and programs
• Ability to travel up to 35%
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting or working with large enterprise or Fortune 100 customers
