Job Description
Prologue is partnering with a nonprofit software startup to hire a Customer Success Manager to drive renewals and expansion across top Enterprise Accounts, making a direct impact on nonprofit organizations through cutting-edge solutions.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or related experience, preferably in B2B Nonprofit SaaS
- Proven track record of driving renewals and expansion with Enterprise-level accounts
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders
