Job Description
Prologue is partnering with an early-stage Nonprofit software startup to bring on a Customer Success Manager to drive renewals and expansion across their top 30-40 Enterprise Accounts.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or related experience
- Proven track record of driving renewals and expansion with Enterprise-level accounts
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment is a plus
