Job Description
We are seeking a 2nd Shift Lead/Die Cutter to contribute to the success of the company by helping produce quality flexographic label products, working with a team-player mentality, and taking pride in your work.
Requirements
- Maintain open communication and work closely with production employees
- Ensure press operators are working according to schedule
- Communicate with alternate shift lead/supervisor on daily activities, schedule maintenance, etc.
- Monitor floor to ensure output objectives are being met
- Keep shop floor areas clean and uncluttered
- Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria
- Package finished products based on supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria
- Assist in the set-up of finishing equipment
- Monitor the daily ship list; communicate with the Production Manager on progress/problems
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude
- Abide by ID Technology safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment
