Job Description
Bartelt Packaging is seeking a Field Service Technician to join its team. The Field Service Technician will travel extensively to repair, maintain, and start-up specified Bartelt Packaging equipment, providing excellent customer service and troubleshooting technical challenges.
Requirements
- Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in machinery repair
- Knowledge/skills of mechanical principles
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Windows & MS software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to train customer personnel on equipment
