Field Service Technician

We are looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join our Aftermarket team. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine startup, repair, and maintenance on medium to large-scale industrial equipment and will be able to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Field Service Technician (or similar) with 3+ years of machine startup, repair, and maintenance on medium to large-scale industrial equipment
• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree in a related technical field (mechanical or electrical) preferred
• Strong technical skills, including mechanical repair, ability to read part/assembly drawings and wiring schematics, and familiarity with Allen Bradley PLCs, VFDs, and servo controllers (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to manage schedules, paperwork, and technical issues effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly, train customer personnel, and work well with all levels of operators and management
• Self-motivated and adaptable, able to work independently while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally (passport required; occasional trips to Mexico and Canada)
