Plastics Operator

Roberts PolyPro is seeking plastics line operators to produce quality products at standard production rates, responsible for safety, product quality, and overall efficiency.

Requirements

• High school graduate/GED preferred
• Overall knowledge of tools, instruments, and standard test equipment and plant processes
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to production equipment
• Excellent communication ability to interact with others professionally
• Energetic and personable demeanor, be self-motivated
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds (22.68 kg) to move products
• Flexible and dedicated to doing what it takes to get the job done
• Valid training certificate to operate fork truck preferred
• Ability to sample new tools and communicate with Engineering, Tooling, and Quality personnel
• Available to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to document all processes related to the molding of a part that is repeatable and understandable
