Senior Manager- Tax

Senior Tax Manager to lead critical areas of our global tax function, including income tax accounting, foreign tax compliance and reporting, and tax structuring for acquisitions and integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required; CPA preferred.
• 8–12+ years of progressive corporate tax experience (Big Four and/or multinational industry experience preferred).
• Deep expertise in ASC 740 and U.S. federal corporate tax; strong exposure to foreign tax regimes and cross-border issues.
• Familiarity with transfer pricing concepts, intercompany transactions, and BEPS requirements.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage stakeholders, and meet tight deadlines in a matrixed global organization.
• Strong systems orientation (tax provision software, ERP, and data tools); advanced Excel skills.
