Job Description
The Production Operator is responsible for performing manual, semi-automated or automated tasks necessary for the manufacturing of sub-assemblies and/or final product. The position operates under minimal guidance and ensures the implementation of company brand, philosophy, systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Fine motor skills in hands/wrist and good hand/eye coordination
- Good vision (with or without corrective lenses)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to meet deadlines and priorities
