Job Description
ProMedia Group is looking for an HR Manager to support their growing organization. The HR Manager will work with ProMedia NL and Royal Dirkzwager, two organizations within the same group, and be responsible for the execution and daily operation of HR in the Netherlands. The role will ensure that HR is well organized and felt in the organization, and that it contributes to a work environment where people can grow, collaborate, and make an impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Advisor
- Hands-on mentality and proactive in execution and strong focus on operations
- Structured and accurate
- Strong communication skills and a people-oriented approach
- Experience with payroll processes
