Job Description
Prometheum is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to lead the end-to-end customer onboarding experience. The role requires 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or a related role within the financial services industry. The salary range is $90,000 - $140,000.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or a related role within the financial services industry
- Active FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 99 licenses required
- Experience using Agile tools such as Zendesk
- Familiarity with Hubspot CRM preferred
