Proposal Manager

Prometric is seeking a Proposal Manager to join its commercial team, responsible for managing proposal development workflows, analyzing RFPs, and collaborating with internal departments to define solutions and generate necessary responses. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in proposal management and related marketing, account management teams.

Requirements

• Manage proposal development workflows
• Complete 'play to win' grids to analyze RFPs
• Initiate and facilitate proposal meetings
• Organize proposal development/completion calendars
• Collaborate with commercial teams to review RFPs
• Collaborate with internal departments to define solutions
• Confirm proposal responses are complete and compliant
• Ensure proposals adhere to corporate brand standards
• Support client touchpoints, including briefings and presentations
• Write, edit, and format responses
