Test Center Administrator (FT)

Prometric is seeking a Test Center Administrator to serve as the face of the company in test centers around the world. The position requires verifying candidate identification, monitoring exams, and maintaining strict policies and guidelines to uphold exam integrity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience required
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with candidates and coworkers
• Ability to write detailed and accurate reports and correspondence
• Ability to multi-task and handle small tools, pack equipment for shipping or unpack for installation
