Job Description
The Test Center Administrator serves as the face of Prometric in test centers around the world, verifying candidate identification, monitoring exams, and maintaining strict policies and guidelines to uphold exam integrity. The position requires a fast-paced environment and teamwork to support people taking life-changing exams.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, in person
- Must be 18 years of age to qualify
