Test Center Administrator will serve as the face of Prometric in test centers, verifying candidate identification, monitoring exams, and maintaining strict policies to uphold exam integrity. The position requires customer service experience and ability to work flexible hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with candidates and coworkers
