Job Description
The Test Center Administrator serves as the face of Prometric in test centers, verifying candidate identification, monitoring exams, and upholding strict policies and guidelines for exam integrity. They are part of a growing specialization within the company and thrive in fast-paced environments supporting people taking life-changing exams.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, in person
- Must be 18 years of age to qualify
