Test Center Manager

The Test Center Manager serves as the face of Prometric in test centers around the world, managing all aspects of the testing facilities, financial practices, personnel and maintaining set policies and guidelines to uphold the highest standard for exam integrity.

Requirements

• Ensure facilities, operations, and performance at the assigned test center meet Prometric and testing clients' standards
• Plan and supervise staff schedules, including regular and temporary Test Center Administrators
• Have a basic understanding of test center operating costs and performance against corporate metrics
• Educate staff on key performance levers and coach them to efficiently achieve targets
• Supervise security and verification procedures, hiring and training of new Test Center Administrators, and review and approve timesheets and expenses
• Maintain a safe and comfortable testing environment, and act as a TCA to administer tests
