Business Support Analyst (CIC)

We are looking for a Business Support Analyst with financial application knowledge to join our team at Prominent Edge in Gaithersburg, MD. This role serves as the customer-facing, single point to assist end users of all skill levels over the phone, in person, or by using other assistance technologies to address a wide variety of questions concerning financial and administrative applications as well as to follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Demonstrated progressive experience in a service desk/help desk environment supporting financial and administrative applications
• Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficient understanding of general accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft technologies, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams as well as with Adobe and with Internet browsers
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
