Process Server 1099

Proof is seeking Process Servers to join its network of independent contractors to deliver legal documents in your area. Set your own schedule and determine your workload.

Requirements

• Certification: You must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server if your state or county laws require it.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with iPhone/iPad or Android devices and capable of using a mobile app.
• Document Handling: Ability to scan and print documents.
• Experience: Prior experience in process serving or a related field (law enforcement, private investigations, etc.) is required, as Proof is not an employer and does not provide training.
• National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) membership is preferred.
