Head of Graphic Design

Prop Firm Match Global FZCO is looking for a Head of Graphic Design to lead the visual identity of the brand and ensure consistency across all platforms and communications.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in graphic design, including senior or lead role experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, marketing, and digital design impact
• Experience building and maintaining brand identity systems and visual guidelines
• Strong practical understanding of how to use AI in visual creation, branding, and creative production workflows
• Proven ability to design for digital platforms: web, social media, and campaigns
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and conversion-focused design
• Experience working with marketing, product, and growth teams in fast-paced environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality assets quickly
• Experience leading or mentoring designers and managing creative workflows
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools
• High ownership, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in remote, async teams
