Dispatcher

We are seeking a Dispatcher to join our team at CampusParc at The Ohio State University. As a Dispatcher, you will be the first and last impression with our client's customers, providing a warm welcome and delivering excellent service. Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma required
• 2+ years in a Dispatcher role
• Parking and/or university operations experience preferred
• Customer Service experience with use of large phone system
• Knowledge of The Ohio State University campus a plus
• Knowledge of TIBA software preferred
