Job Description
We are seeking Parking Attendants for part-time and full-time opportunities. Parking Attendants are responsible for directing patrons to parking spots, issuing tickets, and completing daily paperwork. This role requires a high school degree, ability to read and communicate effectively, and excellent customer service skills. Availability to work mornings, evenings, and overnights is required.
Requirements
- High School degree preferred but not required
- Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer
- Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
