Job Description
Supervisor- Hotel Valet. Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour plus cash tip. Shift & Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday. Must Have: 2 Years Drivers License.
Requirements
- Develop and train shuttle drivers and valets
- Review and approve work schedules
- Develop and maintain excellent client relations
- Handle customer complaints
- Manage employee work hour reports
- Oversee the customer service program
- Develop budgets and monitor financials
- Review and evaluate audits
- Ensure compliance with company and client policies
- Complete required reports
