Job Description
A Traffic Director provides superior customer service and support to all users of the facility, directing traffic, maintaining the flow of traffic, ensuring that the area immediately around them is clear of obstacles, and assisting the manager/supervisor as is needed.
Requirements
- You are at least 18 years old.
- High School degree preferred.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.
- Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
