2026-2027 Music Teacher

Propel seeks a Music Teacher (K-5, K-8, 6-8, or 9-12) for the 2026-2027 school year. The position requires collaboration with administrators and staff, developing and teaching curriculum, and creating an instructional environment that promotes learning. The Music Teacher will be accountable for leading students to learning success and adhering to the Pennsylvania Common Core Standards.

Requirements

• Valid PA certification in corresponding content area
• Strong instructional and classroom management skills
• High level of personal organization and planning
• Ability to develop rigorous lesson plans and assessments
• Deep content area knowledge
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
• Ability to utilize data to differentiate instruction
