Job Description
Propel seeks a Paraprofessional for our Special Education Department. This position is based at Propel Montour Middle School and is available immediately. Starting salary begins at $28,000 and goes to $32,000 commiserate with years of experience.
Requirements
- An Associate Degree or at least 48 college credits or completion of the ParaPro Test in lieu of college credits
- Education related Field or Work Experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a non-traditional, Urban education environment
- A positive, high-energy attitude
- Demonstrable ability to build relationships with students
- High level of personal organization and planning
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
