Job Description
The Sr. HRIS Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely HRIS ticket resolution, developing and delivering time reports for payroll, working with developers to define system interfaces, and leading various HR projects.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a HRIS role
- Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS) - UltiPro WFM and/or Kronos
- Hands on experience with HRIS reporting - UltiPro BI reporting module, PowerBI, Crystal Reports, WFM Dataviews
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel - including complex formulas and macros
