Job Description
Propelus is looking for a Director of Product to lead the strategy and growth of their B2B product portfolio, focusing on healthcare workforce compliance management. The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of experience in product management and/or leadership within Healthcare SaaS, Workforce Management, Credentialing, or HR Compliance, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of product management and/or leadership experience in Healthcare SaaS, Workforce Management, Credentialing, or HR Compliance
- At least 3 years of experience managing and developing a team of Product Managers
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and storytelling skills
- Deep understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, AI/ML applications, and proficiency in tools like Jira, Productboard, and Confluence
