Visual Merchandising Associate (Chicago)

Proper Cloth is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Visual Associate to bring our Chicago Showroom to life. In this role, you’ll create a visually compelling, organized, and on-brand shopping environment that highlights our key categories, seasonal collections, and stocked products.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in retail visual merchandising or display design
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work seamlessly with teammates, managers, and cross-functional partners
• A meticulous eye for detail and strong organizational skills
• Creative problem-solving ability, especially when adapting to product sell-through or shifting inventory
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and manage physical tasks related to showroom upkeep
