AI Operations Specialist - AI Agents & Automation

We are hiring an AI Operations Specialist to help build and scale AI-driven workflows across a fast-growing operations organization. The ideal candidate is highly practical, fast-moving, and comfortable turning messy business processes into scalable AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI automation, workflow automation, operations, technical implementation, or related roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Claude
• Strong hands-on experience with Zapier
• Experience building AI agents, automations, or reusable AI workflows
• Familiarity with tools such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, n8n, Make, Airtable, Google Workspace, APIs, webhooks, or similar platforms
• Ability to quickly turn business requirements into working AI-enabled solutions
• Strong process-mapping and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
