Job Description
Alacrity Solutions is a nationwide appraisal company offering technology and management resources to help clients achieve their objectives. They are seeking Independent Field Auto Estimators to verify and accurately provide electronic estimates on car repairs. This position involves working with clients, researching records, and performing auto inspections.
Requirements
- 1 + years field claims experience including auto claims
- Electronic estimating experience using one or all estimating platforms (Mitchell, CCC, Audatex)
- 1+ year strong customer service and conflict resolution
- Independent work ability
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Contacting clients for inspections/appraisals
- Smart phone with quality photos
- Valid state driver’s license
- Safe driving record
