Alacrity Solutions is a nationwide appraisal company seeking an Independent Field Heavy Truck/RV Appraiser with 3+ years of field claims experience and electronic estimating experience using Mitchell, CCC, AdjustRite, or Truck Maxx. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization, attention to detail, and adaptability, with strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years field claims experience
• Electronic estimating experience using Mitchell, CCC, AdjustRite, or Truck Maxx
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution competency
• Ability to work independently (self-motivated)
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and adaptability
• Ability to navigate daily routes efficiently using Optimizer Automation tool
• Ability to inspect all angles of vehicle, both interior and exterior visually and manually
• Ability to establish repair requirements and cost estimates for losses
• Deliver a positive customer service experience to all internal, external, current, and prospective clients
