Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join their team at Woodland Manor Apartments in Bethlehem, PA. The role involves assisting with resident and administrative work orders, performing maintenance tasks, and providing excellent customer service. PMI is a growing employee-owned management company with over 360 clients and 30,000 customers.
Requirements
- Assist with resident work orders.
- Assist with turnover of apartments.
- Perform grounds/landscaping work.
- Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
- Appliance repair.
- Customer service.
- Salt / Snow removal duties.
- Potentially on-call in the local area.
