Job Description
Princeton Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide professional and timely service to residents and the property. The role involves identifying and resolving issues, maintaining common areas, performing repair and maintenance on various systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.), and ensuring property upkeep. This position also includes on-call support for emergencies and working overtime.
