Job Description
Princeton Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain properties and address resident/vendor needs. The role involves both independent work and team collaboration, identifying and reporting issues, repairing appliances and fixtures, and maintaining common areas. It also includes off-site work, landscaping, and responding to emergency situations.
Requirements
- Professionally communicate with coworkers, vendors, and residents

- Organized and able to prioritize
- Timely completion of service requests
- Ability to perform maintenance duties including painting, repairing, and replacement
- Basic electrical and plumbing work
- Carpentry skills
- Basic appliance repairs
- Basic HVAC repairs
- Basic landscaping and groundskeeping duties
- Lifeguard certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
