Job Description
Princeton Management is seeking a maintenance technician to maintain properties and provide excellent customer service. The role involves both independent work and teamwork, ensuring the smooth operation of properties and addressing residents' needs. Responsibilities include general landscaping, repair work, and preventative maintenance.
Requirements
- Professionally communicate with coworkers, vendors, and residents
- Be able to work independently and as a team
- Organize and prioritize tasks
- Identify and report issues to management
- Repair or replace window glass and screens
- Paint and touch up paint
- Carpentry tasks (drywall repair, doors, etc.)
- Basic electrical and plumbing skills
- HVAC repair and troubleshooting
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification preferred
