Job Description
P&H Investment is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. The primary responsibilities of this role focus on groundskeeping, janitorial, pool cleaning, and maintenance to ensure our properties remain safe, attractive, and fully functional for residents and visitors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or pool maintenance
- Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques, water chemistry and pool equipment maintenance
- Familiarity with landscaping tools, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
