A small boutique surveying practice in Hampshire is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding team. The role will involve undertaking all areas of Building Surveying, preparing specifications, and managing refurbishment and new build projects. The company offers a competitive salary, bonus, and flexible working.
Requirements
- MRICS (desired but not essential)
- Surveying related degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years surveying experience, preferably private sector
- Ability to identify and promote business development
