Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator/Maintenance Supervisor to lead our MX team and be responsible for completing projects from start to finish, solving problems on their own, and making recommendations for improvement. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role, with 1 year in a supervisory role, and full proficiency in AppFolio. The salary for this role is $800-$1,000 USD for Maintenance Coordinator and $1,000-$1,500 USD for Maintenance Supervisor based on experience.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role
- Full Proficiency in AppFolio
- Working knowledge of Buildium is helpful
- Knowledge of Project Management software is a plus
- C1/C2 proficiency in English is required
