Job Description
ProPharma is seeking a Multilingual Medical Information Specialist to join its Medical Information Department. The successful candidate will provide high-quality Medical Information service via phone and email for designated clients/products. The role is full-time and fully remote, based in the UK or Central Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate will speak and write at C1 level in French and English.
Requirements
- Completed Pharmacy or life science degree
- Mother tongue/C1 level in French and fluency in English
- Strong translation skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised
