Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Designer with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is a big thinker who understands what it takes to develop great creative and is fluent in 'brand' and 'strategy' conversations. The role involves working closely with multiple disciplines to develop creative concepts and managing client needs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Design or similar role
- Portfolio of completed, brand design projects in response to client RFPs
- Advanced skills in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint and Figma
- BFA in Graphic Design preferred, or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic understanding of UX and UI design
- Strong, reasoned, creative problem-solving skills
