Senior Technical Program Manager

Propio Language Services is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own and drive a portfolio of initiatives focused on modernizing our Translation Management System (TMS) and integrating advanced AI and Machine Translation (MT) capabilities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical project or program management
• Proven track record delivering enterprise platform modernization or transformation programs
• Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and integration-heavy systems
• Comfortable acting as a strategic, business-facing leader and working with executive stakeholders
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners
• Strong communication, facilitation, and influence skills
• Hands-on experience with program and project management tools like Jira and Confluence
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
