Client Services Associate (Entry Level - May Start)

Requirements

• Understand Client Briefs: Receive and understand various client briefs, conducting initial research into new industries, companies and business topics to ensure a good base level of understanding of your client’s needs.
• Expert Sourcing: Having understood the client brief, a large part of your day will be spent sourcing experts on a global scale by: Utilising our AI-driven Platform as a key source to find potential matches from within our existing network and Utilising professional networking sites and other online resources to source new experts to join our network.
• Expert Communication: Employing a mix (Calls, Emails, Messaging, etc...) of outbound methods to reach experts, you’ll then engage with and vet to evaluate their suitability for the brief.
• Project Management: Work closely with your team to meet project deadlines and exceed clients’ expectations.
• The drive to meet and exceed personal targets. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of your own success.
