Client Services Associate

Client Services Associate role at proSapient, working with clients to discover knowledge and succeed in their goals. The role involves searching for and identifying industry experts, connecting them with clients, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Work in partnership with Project Lead to receive and understand requests from clients
• Proactively search for and identify excellent experts globally using proprietary technologies and platforms
• Act as a consultant and project manager to handle multiple client requests and connect with experts
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Interest in corporate landscape, research, economics, business, or financial markets
• Ability to establish consultative relationships with industry figures
