Bau- und Projektleiter/-in ("Projekt-CEO")

We are looking for an engaged, initiative and performance-oriented person to manage building projects in Basel. As a skilled building professional, you will take over the planning and implementation of building projects and be responsible for various tasks, including schedule planning, time control, quality control, and cost control.

Requirements

• Solid basic training in building (Hochbauzeichner, eidg. dipl. Bauleiter, Techniker TS) or higher technical training as an architect or engineer
• Recognized and several years of professional experience as well as expertise in project management
• Total contractor experience in the Swiss construction industry is an advantage
• Developed entrepreneurial thinking and acting, team player with leadership qualities, high performance willingness and negotiation skills
• Above-average cost, time and quality awareness
• Skilled communicator orally and in writing, with a sympathetic appearance
• Familiar with common IT and construction administration software
