Job Description
Prosek, a leading independent communications and marketing firm, is seeking an Assistant Account Executive to join their growing team. The AAE will be a key player on their accounts, executing media relations, pitching reporters, and delivering results for clients while building strong journalist relationships. The role involves various responsibilities, including reporting, media monitoring, presentation content development, and client communication, all while fostering a curious, adaptive, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience
- B.S. in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in financial services, professional services, technology and/or B2B communications
- Proficiency in Cision, Factiva, and Microsoft Suite
- Possess great time management skills on multiple accounts and ability to prioritize
- You're a team player with the willingness to work collaboratively alongside peers
- You're resourceful and know when to ask questions, and where to look for answers
