Construction Field General Superintendent - Construction

ProSidian Consulting is seeking a Construction Field General Superintendent to oversee field construction activities within a given geographic area. The successful candidate will have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and at least 8 years of practical experience in construction management/supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and at least 8 years of practical experience in construction management/supervision.
• Associate's degree in a technical discipline and at least 12 years of practical experience in construction management/supervision.
• High school diploma and 16+ years of practical experience in construction management/supervision.
• In-depth knowledge of construction safety, planning, the ability to evaluate technical design data, develop and determine construction techniques and strategies.
• Manage a multi-disciplined staff in a proactive, value added manner.
• Working knowledge of national codes and standards.
• Working knowledge of environmental regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe).
