The primary function of the HR Program Manager is to provide assistance in the standardization of day-to-day functions across a program office at all levels, working with the Senior HR Program Manager to introduce and train project tools and methodology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 7-10 years Human Resource experience
- Business Tools β understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office
- Teamwork β ability to foster teamwork collaboratively as a participant, and effectively as a team leader
- Leadership β ability to guide and lead colleagues on projects and initiatives
