Human Resources and Management Services Management Analyst (Contract Contingent - Location Negotiable)

ProSidian Consulting seeks a Management Analyst to support and participate in a project supporting The Department of Labor, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management, Human Resource Center. The Management Analyst plays an integral role by effectively participating in day to day operations and by offering quality service and excellence in the administration provided for the OASAM.

Requirements

• Develop procedures to support agency programs
• Develop statistical charts and tables
• Measure program effectiveness vs resources assigned
• Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or Agency changes
• Prepare clear and concise administrative and financial reports
• Define program accomplishments and achievements
• Provide advice on formulating alternative procedures and operations in order to change the way Agencies does business with the goal of improving customer service and expanding its programmatic capacity
• Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports
• Perform other related job duties as requested
