ProSidian Seeks a Human Resources Specialist II for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Working On-Site (Client Site) in The United States (Idaho) Area Full-Time generally located across the United States (Idaho). We seek Human Resources Specialist II candidates with relevant Federal Energy & Nuclear Sector Experience to support professional services engagement for Federal Energy & Nuclear Sector Clients such as DOEID.

Requirements

• 4–6 years HR experience in federal environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field + 3 years relevant HR experience
• Relevant professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR) is preferred
• Strong knowledge of federal HR policies and benefits programs; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interpret and apply HR regulations; proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
